BMW has launched the latest electric car with the IPerformance 530e hybrid plug-in. The optional version includes a wireless charging panel, slated for release in 2018, with a charger panel that can be installed in the garage and controlled by the car's driver for charging. The charger supplies up to 3.2 kW with a total charging time of about three and a half hours.
