It is likely that Microsoft will launch the Surface Laptop at their event tomorrow in New York as a response to Google Chromebook Pixel. Photos of that laptop just surfaced on Twitter.
Recently, a Twitter account named WalkingCat has shared some photos of the Surface Laptop. According to The Verge, the machine weighs about 1.25 kg, at the thinnest bottom the thickness is only 9.9 mm. This laptop has a 13.5-inch Pixel Sense screen with 3.4 million pixels, predictable, screen resolution of Full HD 3: 2 as shown in the picture.
The alcantara keyboard is the same as the keyboard for the Surface Pro 4. It's unclear how the configuration of the machine, but some pictures show the machine is equipped with a USB port and a magnet charging port like Surface. .It seems that Microsoft does not intend to equip USB Type-C for its products.
Account WalkingCat said Surface Laptop will be distributed under 4 colors including platinum, burgundy, cobalt blue and gold charcoal. In addition, Window 10 S will also appear on the device in hopes of beating Chrome OS.
