Next of Windows says that, with the latest update to Windows 10, Microsoft has added a new Night Light setting to the Display panel. This setting reduces the amount of blue light emanating from the screen. Research  indicates  that exposure to blue light before bed can make a circadian rhythm disorder, or otherwise negatively impact sleep.

Installing Night Light adjusts the display so that it displays warmer colors and thus helps you sleep better after working late at night.

To enable Night Light on Windows 10, go to Settings , select Display .



Next, switch the Night Light switch to On and then go to Night light settings .

Here, you can schedule Night Light to be turned on for specific hours or based on Sunrise and Sunset at your current location.




Because each monitor has different brightness and contrast, you need to adjust the Night Light on each display so that it best suits your eyes.
