A retailer of Samsung in Singapore recently caught on fire, just one day before Samsung launched the Galaxy S8 in New York, USA. The cause and damage of the fire has not yet been determined.

This is not the first time that Korean electronics companies have had problems with fires. Last year, Samsung had to "kill" the Galaxy Note 7 flagship model after two rounds of recall involving battery blasts. Some models of washing machine of the company also burnt unknown cause. These two cases have led to backlash from customers.
In an official statement , Samsung said: " We received a fire report at the Samsung Experience Store at the AMK Hub before the store opened, and the fire was extinguished and no one was injured in the incident. We are still collecting the damaged property and coordinating with the authorities to determine the cause of the fire . "
According to Cnet , the store will be closed temporarily while investigators are involved.
