This YouTube special study promises to make it easier for people with hearing impairment or impaired hearing to enjoy YouTube videos.

According to the latest announcement from the Google Blog site , YouTube, Google's subsidiary, is studying how to create automatic captions based on sound effects in the video. The purpose of the study is to help people with hearing impairment or hearing impairment see YouTube videos easily.
In fact, each YouTube video in particular and the video in general are made up of two main elements, image and sound. Having only pictures but lacking in sound makes video content more difficult for the hearing impaired.
YouTube is currently testing a system based on sound effects using artificial intelligence. This system will be continuously trained with thousands of hours of video to quickly better understand how to create a video subtitle based solely on the sound effects available.

However, this system is still in the early stages, some basic subtitles can be expressed as laughter, music or applause. In the future, YouTube will add a variety of other sounds, such as door knockers, ring tones, and more. YouTube has also experimented with automatic video subtitling by computer, and it has worked quite well.
Here's an example video of how YouTube will improve its engine for automatic captions with sound effects:
