Intel has introduced a 375 GB SSD that can be used as RAM.

And now, based on this ultra-fast 3D storage technology, Intel introduced the Optane SSD DC P4800X.
The Optano SSD DC P4800X is a 375 GB solid state drive designed for NVMe and PCI Express slots on the server. This is a product focused on Datacenters with fast read / write speeds, low latency and special can be used as RAM.
