Google giants can be sued for bootloop status on their Nexus 6P smartphone launched two years ago.
According to the Android Authority , a law firm called Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating, soliciting comments, and is likely to open a class action lawsuit against Google over allegations related to bootloop status and shutdown errors. Suddenly on the smartphone Nexus 6P launched in 2015.
Earlier, there was a similar lawsuit against LG due to bootloop errors on some LG G4 and LG V10 devices, the number of models in the lawsuit was later extended to LG G5, V20 and Nexus 5X.
It should be noted that Nexus 6P manufactured by Huawei (China) rather than LG, but also the same fault. In addition to the bootloop, some users said their device also automatically shuts down suddenly, even though the battery is still above 60%.
Chimicles & Tikellis said Google was aware of the problem and moved it to Huawei, the Chinese manufacturer then told the customer that the sudden power outage was due to the software and had redirected the issue back to Google for resolution. Huawei, for its part, does not offer a satisfactory solution to the bootloop bug, which does not change the new machine even if it is still under warranty.
Although not officially filed, but the possibility of this case depends only on the time. Let's wait for the next move of Chimicles & Tikellis.
