The iPhone in particular and the smartphones in general are widely used lithium-ion batteries. Most of us have mistakenly charged ourselves properly.

Keep track of the things below to see if you are really treating your beloved cell phone.
Charge the battery until it is 100%
Maintaining a full battery is not necessarily the best way to extend your battery life. In fact, experts recommend that you keep the battery level between 30-80% to get the best battery life. So stop charging your phone overnight, replacing it with a short charge several times a day.

Leave the battery too weak

Lithium-ion batteries will lose their lifespan when they run out of energy. So you should avoid the phone to say '' Low battery '' too often. Each time, the battery life will be significantly reduced. Apple experts recommend that you completely discharge the battery 1-2 times a month to get the best battery life.
Keep the battery too hot
Do you ever feel the delay of the phone gas it too hot? That's because the phone only works best at temperatures from 0 - 35 degrees Celsius. Warmer or cooler actually affect the performance of the machine.
Use the case when charging
The phone will heat up very quickly when you charge. Part of the reason may be the use of a back case. Remove the back cover so that your phone can drain heat the best. That would be great for battery life.
What to do when not using the phone for long periods of time?
The advice is to charge 50% of the battery before deciding to store your phone for a long time. At the same time preserve it at cool temperatures. Leaving the phone too dry for long periods of time will adversely affect battery life. And 100% full charge also has the same effect. So 50% is the ideal number in this case.
Use a poor-quality charger

Apple's original charger is designed to automatically power off when the battery reaches 100%, but cheap third party USB cables are not. That's why using an unidentified charger will kill your phone.
